Faye Baxter

As an experienced nutritionist and cookery trainer, Faye firmly believes that nutrition, and the art of cooking are fundamental to health, optimising vitality and mood
Faye is a lecturer in nutrition, health awareness, healthy eating and cookery, with a degree in nutritional therapy and diploma in teaching and cookery, specialising in whole food, vegetarian and macrobiotic cookery. She runs courses in nutrition, lifestyle and cookery and has a nutritional therapy practice.
She is a member of the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) and British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
Faye’s aim is to help empower people to have greater control over their health and life through a better understanding of nutrition and the effect food can have on our physical health and well being.
