This three hour class will introduce you to a healthier lifestyle and healthy weight. It will expand your knowledge and aid with the selection of foods, herbs and methods of cooking, which will not only help you maintain your weight management goals but also better health, digestion and energy.
Your tutor will take you through selecting high nutrient foods and prepare a great tasting dish which will help you achieve a healthy weight.
You will also lean to identify foods which will help improve digestion, energy and maintain blood sugar control, key in helping you maintain a healthy weight. Discuss current diets and construct healthy meal plans, which will help you sustain a healthy weight and improved health and energy.
The session will commence at 6pm through to 9pm
