Jeremy R Fowler
Jeremy R. Fowler made his career in the international field of hospitality holding many senior positions starting in 1972.
Prior to setting up his own consultancy business Jeremy held a senior managerial position within Unilever UK as their National Culinary Operations Manager, where he was responsible for the development of new concepts and branded customer launches within the food service sector.
Since commencing his career in the hospitality profession, he completed a formal four year Indentured Chef’s Apprenticeship commencing in 1972, at the age of fifteen. Taking further formalised culinary and academic qualifications, completing three Chefs Masters before going back to University in York to formalise his management training, which resulted in his attaining top grades. Then through study and Fellowship of the Hotel and Catering International Management Association (Now the Institute of Hospitality) giving him his hotel managers licence to operate internationally.
Jeremy’s career enables him to travel extensively around the world, having held such positions as: Apprentice through to Director as part of an International Hotel Groups opening teams in the UAE, and the Ministry in Saudi Arabia. Group Executive Chef for the 5* hotels of a German Shipping company based in Cyprus.
Personal Chef to HRH. Prince Bandar, The Saudi Ambassador to Washington.
Executive Chef for the Sultan of Brunei, based in Brunei covering twenty three operations, with over 600 staff.
General Manager of the Royal Southampton Yacht club, owner of two of his own restaurants, his own consultancy taking him on projects to South America, Africa, Jamaica and throughout Europe, as well as within British companies.
