A New and Exciting Course for 2015!

A slightly shorter day course that runs from 10am-2pm every Friday.

If you’ve ever wanted to master the art of family favourites, this is the course for you.  This course concentrates on producing ‘the best’ of home cooking.  Each Friday, James will teach you something different and more delicious than you realised it could be!

Your course will begin at 10am through to 2pm. All your ingredients, recipes and lunch are provided.
