- Onion bhaji with cucumber and mint yoghurt
- Tikka spiced chicken with Tikka masala sauce
- Potato and cauliflower curry (aloo ghobi bhunna)
- Spiced Basmati rice
Your course will begin at 9.30am through to 3.30pm. All your ingredients, recipes and lunch are provided.
