We are delighted to announce that Hao Dang will be running a series of courses at Shires.

Awarding winning Miss Hao Dang has extensive knowledge of Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese cuisine. Chef and proprietor of Dangs Restuarant, situated on the Wellingborough Road in Northampton, Hao has been cooking since the tender age of 9, experimenting with Chinese, Thai, and  Mediterranean cuisine. However she has specialised in Vietnamese, which has been cultivated and mastered for nearly 25 years.

 

 


Your menu for the day is

Bun dau phu cali
– Vermicelli noodles with fried tofu, green banana, chopped to tomatoes in a delicious curry soup, flavoured with fresh Vietnamese herbs.

Cha nem ran - crispy Vietnamese spring rolls

Spicy beef stew and Chili salt king prawns.

Cost is £95 per student - this includes ingredients, lunch and a recipe pack

Vietnamese cuisine has yet to make its mark in the catering industry, therefore remains a mystery to the majority.  If you like Chinese and Thai cuisine then you will LOVE Vietnamese food.
