During the course you will learn how to temper chocolate, make a delicious chocolate ganache, and create your own box of handmade chocolates to take away and enjoy.

Your starter: Apple, Pancetta and Chestnut Soup with Thyme crusted croutons,
Your main: Steak with a stilton and walnut sauce. Fondant potatoes, balsamic glazed beetroot and creamed spinach.
Your dessert: Panna Cotta with spiced poached fruit.
