James will tutor you through the day and answer any questions you have about these dishes and how to adapt them, too.
You will prepare:
Raviolli of roasted squash with sage, rosemary and pine nuts
Moroccan Spiced Quinoa with grilled, marinated vegetables and smoked Harissa
Potato Gnocchi with spinach and basil puree, poached egg, English asparagus and Parmesan cheese
Your course will begin at 9.30am through to 3.30pm. All ingredients, recipes and lunch are provided.
All you need is a comfy pair of shoes and to enjoy!
