Maybe kicking off with a glass of celebratory champagne, or a steaming hot cup of Illy coffee and fresh muffins. Your event will be led by a team of expert event co-ordinators and your chef will be with you throughout. Your group can experience a hands on cookery experience, preparing and cooking dishes, then sitting down and eating together whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Or you may prefer to watch a cooking demonstration, then enjoy a delicious meal at The Red Lion. The choice is all yours.

At the end of the event, the group will be given copies of of the recipes they have cooked, a book of event photographs, and if required the event can be videoed.

At Shires we are  involved with organising a number of cooking events.  Including setting up cookery theatres, work stations or demonstration areas. We can bring in our own expert team of chefs, all the kitchen equipment and the ingredients.
